"Do I need to provide the alcohol?"
Yes—per Ohio law, all alcohol must be purchased and provided by the customer.

​"Can I refill the machine during the event?"
Yes! More mix and water can be added at any time to keep the drinks flowing. Our staff member will take care of refills throughout the event, but proportions, recipes, and suggestions will also be included in your rental agreement for your reference.

"Do you stay at the event to serve drinks?"
Our rentals are full-service—we deliver, set up, and provide a dedicated staff member to oversee the machine, handle refills, and ensure everything runs smoothly, so you can enjoy a hassle-free experience without needing a bartender or paying extra fees. Please note: staff is not included with machine-only rentals, but a team member can be added for an additional fee, as outlined under our Pricing tab.

"How far do you travel?"
We service a wide range of locations in Ohio! Just ask us—some distances may include a small travel fee. Free Delivery available within a 20 mile radius of Apple Creek, Ohio. Beyond 20 miles, there will be an additional $1.10 per mile fee.

"How do I clean the machine after an event?"
Leave the cleaning to us! We want this to be the simplest experience for you and ask that you pour the remaining mix out of the machine when finished and we will take care of the rest!

"Do I pour the mix and water right into the machine?"
We provide food-grade 5-gallon buckets for safe and easy mixing of water, alcohol, and syrup. Our staff member will handle the mixing and refilling during your event, ensuring a smooth, mess-free process from start to finish.

"Why don't you provide the fruit garnishes?"
To give you more control and flexibility! By letting you bring your own garnishes, you're free to choose exactly what fits your taste and theme—without being limited by health regulations or restricted options. This approach also avoids any delays or complications from inspectors and helps keep your rental more affordable and fully customizable.

"What is prohibited?"

Use the cart for anything other than beverage service.

Use equipment in an unsafe environment (e.g. wet floors near electrical components).

"How long will we have the cart?"
You’ll have the cart for one full day, giving you plenty of time to enjoy it at your own pace. If we have another event scheduled, we’ll coordinate a convenient pickup time in advance. We always work with you to make sure timing fits your event needs!

"Can we use/buy our own mix?"
For the best results with our machines, your margarita mix should have an alcohol content of no more than 33% ABV and a sugar content of at least 13%. This balance is important to ensure the mix freezes properly and the machine runs smoothly. If your mix doesn’t meet these guidelines, it may not work well in the machine—so we recommend using our suggested formulated mixes designed for optimal performance and that we have tested out to ensure successful results!

"Will the drinks freeze with alcohol in them?"
Yes! The mixes we suggest are specially formulated to freeze properly even with alcohol content up to 33% ABV. The right balance of alcohol and sugar ensures a perfectly slushy texture every time, so you get refreshing frozen drinks without any issues.

"Do I need to be there for set up?"
No, you don’t need to be there! We can set up either the night before or the morning of your event, making sure everything is ready without interrupting your plans. Our team works quickly and discreetly to keep things simple and hassle-free.

"How long can I leave the machine running?"
The machine can run for 8–10 hours, but we recommend limiting use to 5–6 hours to help prevent unnecessary wear and tear and keep everything running smoothly.

"How long does it take the mix to freeze?"
We put the mix in 45-60 minutes before desired time for single machine and at least an hour early for double machine.

"Can I refill the machines before it is empty?"

Topping off is totally fine—our dedicated staff member will keep an eye on the mix levels and add more as needed to ensure the machine consistently produces perfectly frozen drinks without the need for a full refreeze.

They’ll make sure not to overfill by keeping the mix below the max fill line, maintaining smooth operation throughout the event.

With gradual topping off handled professionally, there’s minimal freeze delay, so your drinks stay slushy and refreshing.

If the machine runs dry and needs a full refill, our staff will manage the 30–45 minute refreeze time, so you don’t have to worry about downtime.

"Can the machine be used inside and outside?"
Yes! The cart can be placed inside or outside but we do suggest keeping it in one location for the duration of the end to prevent any accidents.

"Do I need electrical hook up?"
Yes, the machine requires access to a standard power outlet (110V). We recommend a dedicated outlet to ensure it runs smoothly without tripping breakers. We provide a 12-gauge heavy duty extension cord with your rental.
